What type of pen do I use to write messages on the white board?

Use only pens designated as "Dry Erase Markers."  Brands of different colors and sizes are available at stores where office supplies are sold.

How do I clean the fabric carrier?

Wipe with a light, damp cloth (optional:  apply sanitizing agent on the cloth).  The whiteboard is made of metal and will rust if the bag is submerged/placed in a washing machine or washed under running water.

How do I clean the water bottle and Food Box?

1.  The water bottle may be hand-washed or placed in a dishwasher.
2.  The food container's retention clips are easily unfastened so that the lid and the base may be washed separately.  Since temperatures vary among dishwashers, for product longevity, it is recommended that the lid and its 5 silicone bands (removed from the lid) be hand-washed, while the base may be placed on a dishwasher's top rack, with the temperature at the lowest setting.

How do I put the silicone bands back in the Food Box lid?

After removing and washing the bands, it is important to ensure that all 5 bands are "tucked completely back into" their respective channels.  Since the band for the water bottle compartment and the one for the largest ("sandwich") compartment are almost the same sizes, this simple procedure will help to determine the larger band (for the sandwich compartment):  Holding up and positioning both bands side by side, pinch both at the same point with the thumb and index finger - the band that hangs slightly lower is the larger one.

How should I store my lunch box set?

The fabric carrier and food container should be stored separately and in “open” positions, to ensure proper ventilation.
